John Boniface has been promoted to Chief Development Officer and Nathan Sycks promoted to Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel.
John has been working with Trilogy founder and CEO Jason Joseph since 2018, and prior to his promotion served as Senior Vice President of Development and Construction. During this time, John helped lead the planning and acquisition of 17 different Build-for-Rent properties across the Sunbelt region of the US. In his new role as Chief Development Officer, John will be tasked to lead teams and their associated activities related to design, development, and construction for Trilogy’s BTR communities.
Nathan has been working with Mr. Joseph as outside counsel for over a decade with more than 15 years of experience in real estate and intellectual property law. As Trilogy’s Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel, Nathan will provide strategic guidance in all aspects of Trilogy’s business including land planning, zoning and entitlements, joint venture equity, land acquisitions and corporate activities.
